Terms of use
1. Who provides the service
Domus Planner is a service of XOSystem, Via E. Cialdini 28, 61121 Pesaro (PU), Italy — VAT IT02345150417. For anything concerning these terms: info@xosystem.com.
2. What Domus Planner is
Domus Planner is a browser-based interior configurator: it lets you lay out rooms, furnish them from a product catalogue and view them in 3D. It also includes AI image generation from the scene you have built.
3. Your account
Access is only through a Google account with a verified email address. We do not collect or store passwords: authentication is handled by Google.
Your account is personal. You are responsible for what happens through it, and for giving us accurate details.
4. Trial period
When you register you get 10 days of full access to the configurator, without entering any payment details, and 10 credits for AI image generation.
The trial is not a contract and does not turn into a subscription automatically: when it ends, access stops and nothing is charged. To carry on you need a subscription.
5. Subscription and prices

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details never reach our systems and are not stored by us.
6. Credits
One credit equals one successful image generation. These rules apply:
| They add up | credits included with your subscription are added to any remaining balance and to top-ups you buy. |

| They need an active subscription | ⚠️ remaining credits cannot be used without a subscription in force. They are not lost: they become available again if you resubscribe. |
| Spent credits are not refundable | ⚠️ every successful generation spends a credit and costs us money with our supplier. Credits already spent are not refundable. |
| They are not money | they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or earn interest. |
If a generation fails because of a problem on our side or our supplier's, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason.
⚠️ At checkout, however, you are asked to request immediate performance of the service so that you can use it straight away. If you do, then under EU consumer law you lose the right of withdrawal once the service begins.
If you would rather keep your right of withdrawal, do not give that consent: access will then be activated once the 14 days have passed.
To withdraw, where the right applies, simply write to the address in section 1.
8. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the subscription management panel, with no penalty and without contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: until that day the service stays fully active.
9. Failed payments
If a renewal fails, the service stays active for a grace period during which the payment is retried and you can update your payment details. If that period passes without success, access stops. Your remaining credits stay in your account.
10. Your projects
⭐ The projects you save from Domus Planner are files on your own computer: saving goes through your operating system's own dialog and we keep no copy.
So when your trial or subscription ends there is nothing of yours for us to hold back: your projects remain yours and stay accessible on your computer. What does stay on our servers are your prompts and generated images, as described in the privacy notice.
11. AI-generated images
AI images are produced through a third-party supplier, but the images you generate are yours: you acquire full ownership and a full commercial licence, with no usage limits in your projects and your work.
You should be aware, and you accept, that:
- results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected or not what you had in mind: they are not a technical design, nor a faithful depiction of real products;
- we do not guarantee that a generated image is unique: similar systems may produce similar results for similar requests;
- you are responsible for the prompts you submit, and must not use them to generate unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights or likeness of others.
12. Acceptable use
You may not:
- access the service with automated tools, or work around usage limits and access controls;
- resell, sublicense or make the service or credits available to third parties;
- attempt to reach other users' data or accounts;
- decompile or reverse engineer the service, except as the law allows.
We may suspend an account that breaches these rules. Where suspension follows a breach, remaining credits are not refundable.
13. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service also depends on third parties — hosting, payments, image generation — and may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
If the service is unavailable for a prolonged period for reasons attributable to us, you may ask for a proportionate refund of the fee for the affected period.
14. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence and, within the limits of the law, for foreseeable damage arising from breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, or for design or purchasing decisions you make on the basis of generated images.
⚠️ Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights that the law grants consumers on a mandatory basis.
15. Invoicing
For every payment Stripe sends a receipt to your account email address. As this is a digital service supplied to consumers, an electronic invoice is issued on request: write to the address in section 1, giving your tax code (individuals) or VAT number and electronic invoicing address (businesses).
16. Changes
We may change these terms and our prices. Changes will be notified to you by email at least 30 days in advance and will apply from your next renewal. If you do not accept them you can cancel before they take effect: the period already paid for stays governed by the previous terms.
17. Governing law and disputes
This contract is governed by Italian law. ⚠️ If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
⚠️ The Italian version of these terms prevails in the event of any discrepancy with this translation.
